- Batch the terminal
- From main screen press the F key and 1 at the same time
- Password: 0000 – enter key
- Select Host Settings
- Enter Password – 0000
- Scroll down for BATCH CLOSE
- Select Batch close to close batch
- Download the Update
- Power cycle
- Make sure terminal is connected to the internet – ethernet cable plugged into the red wire
- Unplug the power cable so the machine powers down
- Wait ten seconds
- Plug the power cable back in
- On boot up the terminal will do a health check then will check for updates
- Manual Update (if the power cycle doesn’t work)
- From main screen press F key and 1 at the same time
- Password: 0000 – enter key
- Press down key to show more options

- Select Batch close to close batch
- If your terminal is NOT integrated

- If your terminal is integrated with a Shop Management Software or other POS
- Download the Update
- Power Cycle
- Make sure terminal is connected to WIFI – wifi symbol in top right should be blue
- Turn off terminal by holding the cancel key
- Turn terminal back on and you should see the terminal downloading while it reboots
- Manual Update (if the power cycle doesn’t work)
