How to Manually Batch before Terminal Return

If 360 Payments has notified you to return your terminal as a result of an equipment swap or account closure, please follow the device-specific instructions below. PAX Devices

  • Tap on the circle button at the bottom of the screen to go to the device’s home screen
  • Tap on the BroadPOS TSYS Sierra app
  • Tap on FUNC
  • Tap on Batch
  • Tap on Batch Close

  • Tap on the circle button at the bottom of the screen to go to the device’s home screen
  • Tap on the BroadPOS TSYS Sierra app
  • Tap on FUNC
  • Tap on Batch
  • Tap on Batch Close

  • From main screen press the “ENTER” & “1” keys at the same time
  • Enter Password  “1234”
  • Scroll down and select “Host Settings”
  • Enter Password  “1234”
  • Scroll down for BATCH
  • Select Batch close to close batch

  • From main screen press the “F” & “1” keys at the same time
  • Enter Password: “0000” and press the “ENTER” key
  • Select Host Settings
  • Enter Password  “0000”
  • Scroll down to find “BATCH CLOSE”
  • Select “BATCH CLOSE” to close batch

  • Enter Password: “0000” and press the “ENTER” key
  • Scroll down and select “Host Settings”
  • Enter Password  “0000”
  • Scroll down to find “BATCH CLOSE”
  • Select “BATCH CLOSE” to close batch

  • From the Main ‘POS Online’ Screen
  • Press the STAR at the bottom right hand side of the screen
  • Manager Password 1234
  • Choose 0 for Settle Daily Batch
  • Manager Password 1234
  • This will close the batch and print out a report (if on a terminal with a printer)

  • From the Main ‘POS Online’ Screen
  • Press the STAR at the bottom right hand side of the screen
  • Manager Password 1234
  • Choose 0 for Settle Daily Batch
  • Manager Password 1234

Ingenico Devices

Ingenico Tetra Desk 3500, Ingenico Tetra Desk 3500 Wifi & Ingenico Tetra Move 5000

  • Ensure the device is plugged in, with power and ethernet.
  • From the main screen, press the [Green] enter key.
  • Beneath the screen, press the [Down Arrow] key until you are on settlement.
  • Press the [Green] enter key to choose settlement.
  • Select “Yes” and press the [Green] enter key.

  • From the main sales screen
  • Select Settlement – If you don’t see an option for settlement press the left most purple key labeled More until you do
  • Confirm any confirmation dialogs
  • Take your batch report

  • Tap on the circle button at the bottom of the screen to go to the device’s home screen
  • Tap on the BroadPOS TSYS Sierra app
  • Tap on FUNC
  • Tap on Batch
  • Tap on Batch Close
